Low Income Families Must Meet at least one of the following criteria:
Currently enrolled in a W.I.C.K , LINK, Head Start, Section 8 or any type of PUBLIC ASSISTANCE to qualify. Individuals seeking assistance are required to complete an application, along with a current copy of proof of low income elegibility.
